PILATES TRAINING is an innovative system of mind-body exercises that transform the way the body looks, feels and performs. Using the multi-functional specialized equipment provides finely tuned resistance to accommodate each individual client’s abilities and limitations. All exercises originate from the core to integrate all of the muscles of the body. This type of training gives you a complete head-to-toe workout in each session.
PRIVATE TRAINING
One-on-one training with instructor. Personal attention on the student to meet the individuals specific needs and goals.
SEMI PRIVATE TRAINING
Two or Three clients training with instructor.
WEEKLY EQUIPMENT GROUP
3 - 6 students meet once a week for 10 consecutive classes, or twice a week for 20 consecutive classes (2 months). Prior experience on the Equipment is required.
The level of Pilates experience must be similar between students.
PILATES MAT CLASSES
Mat Classes will tone, strengthen and lengthen your entire body. Pilates mat classes focus on integrating the entire body. 15 person max per class.
Classes are open and to guarantee a spot you should reserve it online. Please note the level of the class.
bootybarre® CLASSES
Not a Dancer? Not a Problem! This class is a creative fusion of Ballet, Pilates and several other exercise disciplines blended into a full body workout. We emphasize core stability and proper alignment. Our classes define and strengthen your muscles evenly, creating a leaner appearance and improving your flexibility and posture. And above all else... Sweat and have fun!
The Booty Barre® method is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with added cardio to burn fat fast. Booty Barre® was conceived and developed by celebrity fitness and lifestyle expert Tracey Mallett, a former professional dancer, fitness presenter and master Pilates instructor.
Classes are open and to guarantee a spot you should reserve it online. Please note the level of the class. **Socks are Mandatory for Barre**

YOUR FIRST SESSION/CLASS
You will be asked to fill out a brief health/liability form and the instructor will ask if there are any issues that might limit you in any way. The session should move slowly, and focus on the basic principles of Pilates. The instructor should give cues and explanations for proper alignment and/or modifications for the individual. WHAT TO WEAR Clients should wear comfortable clothes, but nothing too baggy. Shoes are not worn in Pilates. Socks may be worn but it is suggested that they are non slip. |
GENERAL POLICIES
24 hour cancellation policy (strictly enforced). To prevent being charged for appointments, please give at least 24 hour notice for cancellations. If your partner cancels, you have the option of scheduling a private session.
POLICIES FOR MAT/BARRE CLASSES
EQUIPMENT GROUP CLIENTS If you do not show or call to cancel for a group reformer class, you will not receive a make-up for the class missed. Make-up sessions must be made within the 10 or 20 weeks of the group reformer class, depending on package. Please understand that we can not waive the cancellation fees unless there is an emergency. In a non-emergency or last minute cancellation, the regular fee will be charged or deducted from the package. This covers the cost of reserving the instructors time and the studio space. All packages must be paid for in advance, and are non refundable. If your package has been completed you must purchase a new one before your next scheduled session starts. |
